Love

"Whenever I watch romantic movies, witness couples kiss and make up, listen to love songs.. I smile and feel good 'cause I know that love still works, if not for me, at least to others." - Ally McBeal

Goodbye, July! 👋

I can't think about any appropriate title but since it is the last day of July and so thats it! Did I mention that Bath and Body Works UAE has a second part of Semi Annual Sale? It started last week and I'm not sure when exactly it will end but this sale is just so and so. Most of the scents/products are no longer available. And as always Aromatherapy and True Blue Spa are not included. True Blue Spa Body Cream is on sale but still the price is steep. Not even on 50% off. So a trip to Bath and Body Works is not really worth it. But even so I bought some lotions to send back home to my sister. Will share some photos as soon as I get around into transferring it from my camera to my laptop.

Last week I was told by the SA from Victoria's Secret that July 26 will start their second part of Semi Annual Sale. So I visited yesterday and mind you I did not receive any SMS from them. And just like in Bath and Body Works this sale from Victoria's Secret is just 'latak' nalang. Or what they call dregs in English. The only useful item I found on Victoria's Secret is their Body Oil that retails for only 25AED but I did not hoard as I don't have space and budget anymore. I'd rather spend my money on jeans and skirts. As I will be sending home my old ones that no longer fits me. I'll hoard again only at the end of this year. But only for those body oils. I have taken some photos today but then don't have time anymore into transferring them in my laptop. I was at work today but get home early as tomorrow will be the start of my vacation!

Bershka is on sale. I just don't know until when. And maybe this is the year's Dubai Summer Sale or Dubai Summer Surprises. But then my issue with Bershka is the sizes are meant only for slim people. Maybe I'm not their target customer? Maybe their target are the youngsters who would surely fit in their clothes. I was able to buy at least 2 tops that fits me. I'm buying clothes as the old ones making me look like a sausage trying to fit in on them. Pull and Bear is also on sale. But it has been a year since the last time I bought something from that shop. The clothes choices are limited (at least for me) and in spite on being sale still too expensive for my budget. But then I did not get out from the shop empty handed. I was able to buy myself a 3/4 shorts from Mens Section! Mind you I am  a girl. But I found my size in the Mens Department. That means I have to find discipline into exercising and dieting.

H&M is on sale but gone are the days that I can buy affordable clothes from them when they are on sale. The reason why I'm buying only when its on sale as I can't afford them on regular prices. But if their sale prices are also expensive then I don't see the point in checking them out anymore ~ at least the adult section. But even the kids section I am finding affordable clothing less and less. Well I don't have a kid yet but I have nephew and nieces. And I will be sending a cargo once I get back from vacation. MAYBE this is the last year that I will be able to find anything affordable from this brand for the kids. And in that case it could be no more cargo boxes from me starting next year. I was able to get myself some make up though. Maybe they were on sale because they are about to expire and the packaging are ruined. Been planning to take some photos that I can share but then once again I can't find the time yet.

Mango is on sale. But as I think about it all those years the only time I buy from Mango is if it is from Dubai Outlet Mall. But Mango from other malls? Nah. I think only one time last year during my birthday. Buying from Mango is a little tricky too. I can't seem to find my size. And they are still expensive even if the tag says 40 to 50% off. It's either too big or too small. And all the time expensive. But this is not a high end brand, right?

Stradivarius. I'm always passing buy but never checking it out except yesterday. My bad. I always thought it to be an expensive brand. Yes they are pricey for a poor kid like me. But then if compared to other brands especially during sale hell yeah they are very much more affordable. It is a Spanish brand of clothing and I think the target market are woman my age. I mean if Bershka are for slim youngsters then Stradivarius are for women of all sizes and ages. I'm loving this brand now. If only I will not go on vacation I'll go crazy and get myself all those jeans. I'll make sure to go back to this shop after my vacation. I hope that time I still have money and they are still on sale. But if not then I'll wait until December. I can't wait to have time to take photos and share here those jeans I got from this shop.

New Look. This is a clothing brand from UK. Until 2 or 3 years ago I was their customer. Because when you say SALE then their prices were really low. But that is not the case anymore. Just like with the H&M. Every time they have a promotion I'm always checking them out. But every time I go out of the shop empty handed. Years ago a jeans on sale would cost 30AED and not jeans on sale would cost 50 (not a good one) and above. So I never bother to check this shop anymore. For what? There are so many brands to choose from with a lower price tag. Not all of us are rich enough not to care about the tags you know.

No matter how frugal a person is still he is a consumer and a customer. I'm not exactly frugal but also not extravagant at the same time. Out of all the shopping that I have done I spent only 600AED more or less. And mind you the items I shopped are not only for me. As I would send some for my family back home. I have to buy new clothes as I gained weight but if not then there would be no need for me. There are still other items that I would like to buy and need to buy but then I can't afford them all at once so others have to wait until December. The time I know that sale or promotion will be everywhere.

Items that has been added to my clutter: 3 Jeans, 1 Shorts, 3 Tops and 3 Body Oils. Some make up. Clutter that will go away: None. Because August I will be out of the country. I will start uncluttering again when I come back. As well as my Pan Project. In spite of the added items I'm still positive I will be able to achieve the clutter free room in my mind before the year ends.

Empty Tube 60: iWhite Nose Pack 🌸

Hi there! This is not the first time that I have written about iWhite Nose Pack and not so many photos to share also. This is a Korean brand that is very much available in the Philippines but not too sure if you can find it in other Asian countries. You will find in the market so many brands with similar product but then out of them all I would chose iWhite anytime as this is the most affordable.
If I have to choose between a nose strip and iWhite Nose Pack I would choose nose strip but then do I really need to choose between them? When I can have them both? Nose strip is advisable to use at least once a week or every after 3 days. While iWhite is safe to use for at least 4 times a week. Its liquid that turns into mask and so not drying to the skin. In my battle against the whiteheads on my nose I'm using iWhite alternately with the nose strip. It is my second tube and I still have at least 4 tubes to finish at home.
Another nose product that I'm trying to finish in my on going Pan Project is Innisfree but just a heads up don't bother with this one. Not really effective that's why it is taking me long time to consume it all.

Empty Bottle 59: Pantene Leave On 🌸

I got this Pantene Leave On Moisturizer from Carrefour for only 10.00AED and I think I got it on Promotion. As I don't buy unless an item is on a discount. I bought it at the time that I was into hair products. Hoping to find a holy grail for my thick and loose hair.

Well I will not repurchase this Pantene even if it is on discount as sadly this is not the solution to my hair concerns. Feels a little heavy on the hair. But does not tame the loose hair even a bit!

Empty Boxes 58: Daiso Pore Care Pack 🌸

Daiso Pore Care Pack
Natural Charcoal
Price: 7AED per box
4 pieces in a box
Made in Korea
Hello there! This is not an in depth review of the product as I don't know how it will work that way as there really is nothing extraordinary about this product when compared to other brands. So on this post its mainly photos.
Charcoal has been said to be a good ingredient in removing dirt and impurities from our hair and skin that a lot of beauty product manufacturers adopted it to include/infuse with their products. I'm not a chemist so I won't contradict them regarding this claim. But I just get to observe if my skin will have some funny reactions when using any product with charcoal.
Sharing the back photos of the box for those who are interested. This is where you will find the product information and ingredients in different languages. I have chosen Daiso Pore Care Pack simply because of the price. This is the cheapest in the UAE market. But not always available in Daiso Stores. I will see this weekend if they replenish and if they are I'll buy all the boxes I can find.
I'm the girl who always have a whiteheads on my nose and it bothers me a lot. And after years of fighting it off I didn't find an almost permanent solution. So far out of all the products I used nose strip is the most sensible. Easiest to find. And most affordable as well. All those products that says to make the pores (especially on the nose) good are all BS. I shared a few products before that promises to give a smooth skin but to no avail.
I'm sharing this post as part of my Pan Project. I'm using up all the make up and skin care products that I have at home uncluttering my place in the process. I am on a ban in buying further items but then nose strips is an exception as this is a must for me. If I'm not using a nose strip then no other products can at least clear a bit my nose.

Wish List: Bags 💕

I'm not a bag collector. Well if your budget is not even enough to cover your expenses I doubt that you would want to collect anything in your life. But anyway even if I am not a collector any woman needs a bag. I don't know how to choose a good bag. Or stylish bag that will suit well the office uniform or any outfit I'm wearing. I used to buy whatever it is that would fit with the money I have. Then change it once the bag is all worn out. A few years back I sort of collected some leather bags as they can lasts forever. But then love for leather bag was short lived for me. Because I can't be young forever and leather bags are getting heavier for me. So here I am back to my teenage years.

Meaning the bags I WANT now are the bags I would have used when I was still a student. Can you imagine me going to the office with a bagpack that a high school student would use? Yes that's me. There are no rules in this office anyway when it comes to bag. Take note it is about what I want and not what I need. I still have those leather bags that I can use but then I don't want them anymore. Stylish but not comfortable. If money and space in the house is not an issue for me I would love to have those bags from Herschel, Columbia, Northface, Delsey and Eastpak. But all these brands cost a fortune.

Those bags are very expensive (at least for me) a backpack of Delsey from Carrefour would cost 199.00AED while the pink Eastpak from Janshamal cost 270.00AED. These two brands alone never seem to have any discount whatever the month is in the UAE. If those prices are too much for me how much more for the other brands I mentioned. Hence they are just in my Wish List. I'm not sure. Maybe I'll give in to the temptation to get even one before I fly next week for my vacation.

Summer Blues ☻

I'm currently having Summer Blues. And mind you summer here could last up to 10 months. It has been going on for a decade now. But then there really is nothing I can do about it. The only option would be get out of here and settle somewhere cold. But then the opportunity is elusive for me. So I'm trying hard to divert my attention to something else. Yes Philippines is a tropical country but at least the summer that I remember when I was there was even if it was scorching hot just take a shower. The water from the shower was very cold in spite of the extremely hot weather. Or if you have enough money go to a beach. Water seems to solve the problem easily. But that is not the case here. Showers are too hot. Even if there is AC hot weather overpower the AC. There are times weather making the AC break down.

I wish I don't have to work on summer. But then that is just a wishful thinking. July and August are the hottest months of year. There is no escaping from it. Swimming pool seems to be a good choice but then upon taking a shower afterwards is such a pain. Even the expensive ones cannot give a cold shower. Nowhere to go. Nowhere to hide. When it comes to the hotness. And since this weather is depressing for me aside from the deep sadness I'm feeling I also can't help but remember all the current problems/hardships that I'm having in my life. While I'm so damn happy once the weather is cold even if it comes to the point that I can't feel my fingers anymore. But such a cold weather happened only twice in my earlier years in the Gulf. And I haven't experience the same for the last 8 years. Global Warming. The world is getting warmer as years go by.

And if I'm unlucky the hot weather and/or depression could trigger my migraine as well. But never even once I get a sick leave just because of the migraine. Doctor will give you medicines but none seems to work. Right now I'm exerting all my effort to just keep on focusing thinking about my upcoming vacation next week. But no to avail. I would like to prepare another cargo to send home but then no space now at the flat for my box. I'd like to just write a few posts here but I never get the time to take photos or even transfer the photos from my camera to the laptop. Worst of all I'm having a mental block if I'm about to write something. Adding up to the blues is when Kick Ass Torrent has been down. Seriously? That is my only source with all the Foreign TV Series and Movies. Good old Uncle Sam is so keen on running after torrent sites ha! as if the BILLION people in the world are all after their movies and music which are repetitive.

I'd say that this could be a midlife crisis. Whoah. I had been telling myself the same excuse since I hit 25. And what is my age now? And so when I reach the old age? It is old age crisis? Haha. A midlife crisis at the age of 25? I had to grow up and mature fast anyway being the breadwinner of the family. I would love to go out and shop. But then I don't have an overflowing money in my bank account. And besides the things I want now not necessarily means I need them. The last thing I need in my life is to add another clutter that seems to hold me in my neck. Strangling me in the process. I would love to buy a comfortable shoes from Columbia and Northface BUT I have to wait on sale and first I must dispose whatever I have. I'm not yet even done with my Pan Project and Decluttering.

I'm not religious but I prayed hard. I will try to pray again. I will pray to survive another Summer Depression. Or finally an opportunity to experience life on the other side of the planet. They have given refugees a chance so how about me? Oh summer please go away forever.

Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Massage Oil 💕

For someone who's about to go on vacation I should be not be making purchases to save some money but then I have done the opposite. As I have said yesterday it was the Aromatherapy Line of Bath & Body Works that made me come back as a customer to the said shop. I would love to purchase everything at the said line but I can't afford it. And so I had to wait when it will go on promotion or sale then buy items batch by batch. It was on Buy3, Take3 last July 1. And so I purchased body creams and massage oils. Posted about body creams yesterday. And so the 'bida' (lead character) today are the massage oils.
Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Sensual in Blackcurrant Vanilla is my favorite scent of all. And so it is just fitting that I took 2 bottles of this variant. I did not bother anymore in getting the Aromatherapy Energy in Orange or Ginger Scent as I can't stand that smell. Yes it will really give you an energy because it will annoy the hell out of you. SO unlike with Blackcurrant Vanilla that gives off the fruity and sweet smell. Each bottle costs 65.00AED in the UAE and this price is not bad if compared to their US price. Plus it was on promotion anyway so each bottle cost me 37.50AED only. But a bit more expensive if compared to the body oil from their sister company Victoria's Secret.
Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Sleep
Lavender Chamomile
Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Sleep
Lavender Vanilla
Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Sensual
Jasmine Vanilla
Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Stress Relief
Eucalyptus Tea
As can be seen in the last photo the purchase I made were for Aromatherapy Body Creams and Aromatherapy Massage Oils. I'm not exactly using their Massage Oils for massaging my body. And I will go on and make experiment when I come back on September. The thing is I had been searching a lot for reviews and forums about it but I can't find much. It is a good skin moisturizer I know. And I bought it to use as a moisturizer anyway. But then I'm doing some research to find out if other people find other ways on how to use it but still to no avail.

I'd like to know if the body wash will be more effective or sort of moisturizing if some amount of this oil is added? Can I just add it up to body scrubs with no oil to make the scrub moisturizing that I wont need to use a cream after showering? Will it thicken the body lotion or body cream? I have way too many lotions that I would like to be as thick as body butter. Has anyone ever tried using it on hair? Since Google won't give me answers (and even Social Networks) I need to find out for myself as soon as I have the time.

Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Body Cream 💕

For the month of June my Pan Project slows down a bit as I don't use much body moisturizing anymore due to the hot weather. No matter what I do any body moisturizer and sweat doesn't go well together. Just irritating me. But in spite of the slowing down of my Pan Project I can't help myself adding up more products to my stash that seems to be no end. I should not have but as I've said I can't avoid it. Aromatherapy Line was the reason why I came back to Bath and Body Works. And I can't afford it on their regular price. But I want to buy all the items on this line. So what I do is wait for it to go on sale. First time that I saw this on sale was last April for Buy3, Take3 and I purchased all the variants of Body Lotions. As it is the most affordable item in the said line. And then July 1 came and they had the same promotion again. And as result I grabbed the chance to purchase different variants of body cream. For this purchase my budget allowed my to buy only body creams and body oils. So others have to wait some other time.
As per the US website the price of Aromatherapy Body Cream is 15USD. Convert it to AED then it becomes 55AED to 60AED. But then the price in the UAE shop is 75AED per tube. I know. Very damn expensive. But anyway I made the purchase without thinking about the price that I'm going to pay. As I told myself that this will be my first and last batch of Aromatherapy Body Cream. I bought it just to experience it. Than always wonder later on if it is any good. Body Lotion smells good but too watery for my skin. That I end up using it as either hand cream or foot cream. And I had enough of lotions as hand creams. Aromatherapy Sleep in Lavender Chamomile is not exactly a favorite scent but then I have gotten it to balance out when Aromatherapy Sensual becomes too much for me. Sometimes the scent can be so overwhelming to create an 'umay' factor for me. Google says umay is fed up in English. But I'm not too sure. Fed up is such a strong word.
Aromatherapy Stress Relief in Eucalyptus Tea. Again not exactly my favorite but then sticking up to one scent to use everyday is no fun at all. I love applying body moisturizers daily on different scent. I enjoyed the Eucalyptus Tea in Body Scrub that's why I have taken the Body Cream when I had the chance. Stress Relief indeed (or it is just psychological?) that upon smelling it somehow slowly relaxes the mind. The downside would be it will take me months to consume it all. We are now in July and if June is hot then July is hotter hence the as long as my skin is still tolerable I don't use any body moisturizer (even facial moisturizer if I may add). Maybe I'll start using it on September when I come back from vacation.
Aromatherapy Sleep in Lavender Vanilla. I like it better than Lavender Chamomile. And for sure I'll experiment a bit on September how to make it thicker. As thick as a body butter like the ones from Victoria's Secret. But if I will not succeed then its okay. After all body cream is still thicker and tolerable than a body lotion. (And speaking of body butters I'm just waiting for another Semi Annual Sale from their sister company Victoria's Secret so I can stock up on body butters). Again this is my least favorite scent along with Lavender Chamomile and Eucalyptus Tea. I'll just repeat myself that I have taken scents that I'm not really crazy about just to break the cycle. Means I don't have to use the same scent everyday. I'll be using my favorite scents every other day. I thought about bringing the body creams with me on my upcoming vacation but then it is also summer where I am going to I doubt that I'll be using much body moisturizer over there. So maybe I'll just buy there whenever I need one.
Tada!!!!!! Aromatherapy Sensual. Sensual is my favorite scent. But I can't decide which one I like better. The Jasmine Vanilla (Floral and Sweet) or Blackcurrant Vanilla (Fruity and Sweet). As I enjoy them both. For me these are the best scents of Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Line. That if I catch them again on a promotion like this I'll buy myself those body washes and body scrubs. Even if it means I'll go on a forced diet as they are still expensive even on sale. Haha. I need to lose weight anyway. So those who landed my page hoping for a decent review of the product I'm sorry to disappoint. This post is more of 'hey, did you know this product exists?' kind of post. And it helps also that I'm not chatting with anyone from the Philippines that I find time to write this post. I made the purchase on the first day of the month and it has taken almost 20 days before I was able to take photos and let alone write a post about it.
Last photo is also Aromatherapy Sensual in Blackcurrant Vanilla. Its body scrub wassss so good. As much as I don't want to repurchase the body scrub (if they are on sale of course) when I stopped using body moisturizer due to hot weather that's the time I have seen the benefit of using a body scrub during summer. As upon using aromatherapy body scrub, it has too much oil that no need to put on a lotion after shower. For me that's the reason why their body scrub stood out from the rest.
My next post is about Bath & Body Works Aromatherapy Massage Oil. Well it is not a review but more of sharing that along side with the Body Creams I also treated myself with their Massage Oils. As I had been lusting over it since April but I never got around to purchase as I was waiting for it to go on promotion. And since last Tuesday Bath & Body Works UAE is having a second round of Semi Annual Sale. Which I will be checking out. If my budget will still allow it I'll get another batch of lotions to send to the Philippines. And another batch of shower gels for me. Well if the price is okay and still fits my budget. Otherwise I'll just wait for December. ☺

Empty Bottle 57: BBW Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Wash 🌸

Hi there! This post is part of my current Pan Project in my attempt to unclutter my room. Started only a few weeks back. Honestly anyone who will visit my room now will surely roll their eyes and won't believe if I talk about this Pan Project of mine. That is because the effect is very minimal. After 3 months the only areas in the room that has been cleared are the space under my dresser and under the dining table. But never the less for me that's already an improvement. No matter how slow it is.

Bath and Body Works
Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Wash
Travel Size
Price: 35.00AED
Promotion: Buy 2, Take 1 for free
Purchased at Mirdif City Centre
Purchased on October or November 2015
Will I repurchase? If it is on sale during their Semi Annual Sale.
As per Fragmantica: Top Notes are Plum, Pear and Apple. Middle Notes are Mimosa, Tuberose, Lily, Kyoto Petals and Japanese Cherry Blossom. Base Notes are Sandalwood, Amber, Patchouli, Cinnamon, Himalayan Cedar, Musk, Vanilla and Oakmoss.
Bath and Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom has a floral and fruity scent at the same time that seems like to be bathed in sugar. It has a strong scent that turns out to be soft/creamy/powdery afterwards. Actually almost all the scents from the Signature Collection has a sweet scent as if they decided all the flowers, fruits and oils must bathe in sugar first before putting it in the bottle. That is why they are not really my favorite. Sure I will buy but not on regular price. And I'm still buying during sale just so I can try out the other scents available.

Price wise this is expensive. Carrefour offers so many brands in much lower price and huge quantity but then most of them don't have strong scents like Bath and Body Works. As of availability I think I've said it before that there are 7 Emirates in the UAE but then until now there is no Bath and Body Works branch in Ajman. So if I want one or need one I have to go all the way to Dubai.

Just a few small drops are enough to lather it up. So it could last a long time if used properly. And just like any other body wash in the market its scent won't sit long on the skin as we have to rinse it off. This is said to be the most popular scent. And as of this writing I still have other products from this scent that I'll be sharing one of these days. That is when I get the time. I now have at least 600 photos that I haven't sorted out yet.
AND on a different note: the last time I purchased Essence makeup was a year ago. I visited their shop once again and my plans of never buying makeup again flew out of the window as soon as I saw their new 2 in 1 eyeshadow/eyeliner. Which I will be sharing as soon as I take photos of it. Aside from new makeup from Essence I also made another mini haul from Bath and Body Works when their Aromatherapy Line went on Buy 3, Take 3 promotion again. I know I shouldn't have but I wanted to try all the products that line has to offer before finally stopping. ♥

Empty Sachet 56: Daiso Collagen Face Mask 🌸

Daiso Collagen Face Mask
Price 2015: 7.00 per box
Price 2016: 9.00 per box
Made in Korea
3 pieces in 1 box
Hello there once again!
First please let me remind you that this is not thorough review of the product. Today's post is about Daiso Collagen Face Mask. I'm writing down this entry as part of my ongoing 'Pan Project' which I started between late March to April 2016 in my attempt to declutter my tiny room. I'm making an entry in each (mostly) beauty product that I finished as well as my experience while using it.

We all know that facial masks are huge thing in Asian Skin Care Regime ~ okay I admit I don't know if Asia is the first one who discovered this thing but as far as I know it is Korean and Japanese who made this popular. And so when I saw facial masks at good old Daiso in Dubai can't help myself but to purchase not just one but at least a dozen. Believing it to be some kind of product that will produce a miracle to my seemingly hopeless skin.
The back of the sachet where you can see how to use it and the ingredients as well. At least for those who care because I don't mind it that much. Facial mask is a thin piece of clothing soak with serum/essence/collagen and whatever other products or ingredients there is and you will put it in your face between 5 minutes to 30 minutes. In the Korean Skin Care Regime you'll use it after applying your serum/essence/ampoule. But then I don't usually follow the Korean Skin Care Regime anyway. Guess what is my problem? TIME. I never seem to have enough time. So as the end result I have so many unused facial masks sitting at home. That even if someone will give me a free facial mask I'll end up giving it away if not it will be just sitting at home along with my mountain of clutter.
Collagen said to be good for the skin. Well only time will tell if it has indeed has a good long term effect on the skin. But as per my experience it adds to hydration of my skin. Making it little softer too. Plus this mask is not sticky in a negative way. But then as soon as I'm done with all my face masks I don't think I'll repurchase any face mask in the future. Well mainly because I don't have time for it but also I'm already satisfied with all the moisturizing products I'm currently using. But then I don't know when is this FUTURE that I'm talking about as I have at least 60 sachets at home. Waiting for me.

I used to have a concern regarding my sun spots. I tried various skin care products but to no avail. I still have those sun spots. I used to be irritated with white heads on my nose. And I still have them all the time. In spite of all the facial washes and facial cleansers I used. No amount of skin care products can really help these 2 concerns of mine. That in the end all I can do is to accept them to be part of my skin.
And that's all for today.
I hope I was coherent with whatever I shared.
As I'm a little upset in so many things. Thanks for dropping by.

Empty Sachets 55: Cotton Wipes 🌸

Hello again! And this is not a review of any brand of cotton wipes. Well I had too many because whenever its on sale or on promotion in Carrefour I buy a lot. Until it became a clutter in the sea of my beauty products. So since I was doing a Pan Project I stopped buying until I finished them all off. I don't know why I had to hoard when almost all the brands are on the same price range. ☺

Empty Sachets 54: Wet Wipes 🌸

I can't live without wet wipes that I ended up buying every time its in promotion at Carrefour. Had too much until they piled up (again) among my other clutter. So took them all in one place and finished them off before started buying again. Well this is not a review as they are all the same to me. I haven't used a brand that special enough compared to others. Yay that's all for today. Thanks for dropping by!

Empty Sachet 53: Daiso Sumi Hair Charcoal 🌸

Hi there!
For today's post this product is called Daiso Sumi Hair Charcoal. I got it last year from Daiso in Lamcy Plaza for only 7.00AED per sachet. Well I have high regards with Japanese products even if it is not a high end one. And they say that charcoal is very effective in cleansing our skin and hair. A lot of charcoal products are out there in the market and are still very much visible until now. So upon seeing this one I did not even blink and purchased all.

Price wise this is very affordable. When it comes to availability I'm not sure if Daiso still carries it. In UAE we don't get much of Daiso beauty products. As of the ingredients I was not able to take photos. As per my experience ~ this is another Daiso beauty product that I will not repurchase even if it becomes available. It does not lather up. And I don't really feel or notice any difference to my hair. Also I can't find write ups or blogs about it. So I don't know if it works well with others. I still have at least 6 sachets/bottles at home that I will try to finish soon. Will see if it will do something to my recently colored hair.

Make up and others! 💔

Ramadan came and go and I thought during that time I will have an ample of time to go through my things to see which ones should go for my Pan Project and which ones should bid farewell? But unfortunately as always time was not enough. Time will never be enough as long as I'm having long working hours. And in just a few days I'll be out of the country for my long awaited vacation. In the photo I have at least 2 clear pouches that I haven't inspected. And I think there are at least 3 more pouches hidden somewhere. Is it safe to say that my decluttering will be done by the end of this year?

Empty Box 52: Daiso Aloe Makeup Remover Tissue 🌸

Hello there! I wish there are so many words for me to describe the Daiso Ale Vera Makeup Remover Wipes. But sadly I don't have much. I mean this is a very affordable makeup remover wipes that was the reason why I purchased it in the first place. But then there's nothing extraordinary with it that is worth sharing. Am I making sense?

I got this Daiso Aloe Vera Makeup Remover Wipes from Daiso in Lamcy Plaza for only 7AED during the time that I had been doing a lot of Daiso Hauls. And as usual it has taken me more than a year to finish one box as I no longer use make up and in cleaning my face I prefer the water and facial wash than wipes. If you are on a budget go for it. But then I think nowadays in the market there are other brands of facial wipes with the same price bracket. Ingredients were written in Japanese but anyway I think there's nothing unusual with them. The same ingredients you would usually see in other brands.

And I'm writing this post as part of my Pan Project which I started a few weeks ago. And painfully I still have more than hundred of products next in line with this Pan Project of mine. The more products and brands I use the more I realize that they are all the same. And can't really go beyond from their intended use. So that's it for today and till next time around.

Empty Bottle 51: BBW Aromatherapy Lavender Vanilla Hand Wash 🌸

Well aside from there are so many people in the world like me who has been doing a Pan Project, I also found out that in Japan for so many years now people are into Minimalism and Decluttering. That there has been books about it published and became bestseller. Like a book from Marie Kondo. Spark Joy? I'm just too broke nowadays to buy one. Well there are so many complicated circumstances that made me broke most of the time. But then I'll stop blaming others now. As I also played a huge part why I came to this situation. I had been hoarding Make up and Skin Care for the past 2 years before finally halting.
So for the 51st Empty Bottle today it is about Bath & Body Works Sleep Aromatherapy Hand Wash in Lavender Vanilla and I have taken and posted so many photos hoping one of them is decent enough to look at. If its your first time to visit my page this is a personal blog and so my introductions were long and very minimal about the product.
Bath and Body Works
Sleep Aromatherapy
Vanilla Lavender Hand Wash
Price: 30.00AED
Sale Price: 10.00AED
Purchased on BBW Dubai
Purchased on April 2016
Consumed by May 2016
Will I repurchase? No.
I had not been purchasing anything from Bath and Body Works since November 2015 but it was their Aromatherapy line that rekindled my relationship with Bath and Body Works. They were on sale last April and they smelled so good that I cannot let the chance pass without me buying them to try them out. From body lotions up to the hand wash. But instead of using it as a hand wash I used it as body wash. Guess what? I'm still alive and kicking. Haha.
I won't refute their claims of it being relaxing as it really was while I was using it. Vanilla and Lavender works well together. And for once this is a Bath and Body Works product that is not too sweet. As I've said all their Signature Line goodies tend to be on the sweeter side.
There was nothing wrong when I used it as a body wash as it was foaming/lathering up well. I managed to finish it in just a month because I'm the type that when I'm enjoying the scent I will really use it generously and its my money after all. So might as well enjoy it while it last. I was planning to use the other hand washes I've got as body wash but changed my mind since I was able to buy new batches of body wash when they had their Semi Annual Sale at the mid of May to June 2016.
Tried to take a photo of the back of the bottle for those who wants to know the ingredients and product description.

Lavender said to be scent of sleep and people has been using it way back in ancient times. Some says even the Romans are using it for bathing. And some used it as Aphrodisiac. Scent said to be sweet, floral with balsamic undertone. But me on the other hand since I'm not a perfumer I can't seem to smell the supposed to be balsamic undertone. Or maybe since I'm not used to balsamic that I can't easily recognize that scent. My commoner nose can only smell the faint floral. And the sweetness I'm smelling I'm always attributing it due to the Vanilla.
Says not tested on Animals. This information/detail is important as there are people who are into cruelty free. Are you going to judge me if I say animal testing is fine with me? But then again that is just me. I'm not always aware if a brand or product I'm using are really 100% Cruelty Free. Not unless I notice it in the packaging.
On the next photo it shows that aside from the hand wash I also have the Bath & Body Works Sleep Aromatherapy Lavender Vanilla in Lotion! Which I got also during the promotion last April 2016. But then if I can consume immediately a body wash or hand wash it is the opposite with the lotion. It is too watery. And I hate the watery feeling. So as of now I don't know yet what to do with it. I'll just consume all the body butters I have first before trying to use it again. Or maybe I'll ask a friend for help how to make it thicker like a body butter.
And here are the batch of the recent Empty Bottles I finished and shared over here. I have a hundred more or so to finish. So yeah it will be until the end of this year this Pan Project of mine. There's so much more that I want to share but then time as always is my main concern. Ciao!

Empty Sachet 50: Daiso Foot Mask 🌸

To those who hates long introduction and here on my page out of curiosity for Daiso Foot Mask I'd tell you that for me you can skip it. Moisturizer and/or Petroleum Jelly can do the job of taking care our feet. It is cheaper than using any foot mask. But then if you just want to try it out then go ahead also. At least you had been warned. Also this is not the last time this product will pop up in my Empty Post Series as I was crazy enough and purchased 6 pieces maybe? Or more?

And my supposed to be long introduction as this is a diary blog more than anything. The other day I was saying that upon looking at my stash and the list of the products I finished as well as I'm trying to finish; I have a heavy heart. Until now the heavy feeling won't go away. But I think it is a good sign. That my hoarding days for almost 2 years is over. That this time around I really learned my lesson. That's how I perceived it.

Googled 'Pan Project' and turned out that I'm not alone in this situation. There's many of us who got excited and purchased a lot only to realized later that it is not the way it should be. But they are mostly make up hoarders. Me on the other hand is more on skin care products. Geez I was doing okay with shampoo and conditioner for the hair. With bar soap for the body. But then in my quest to have a perfect skin I ended up making unnecessary purchases. And yet I'm not even close to those women I see on the magazines. And they are all photoshopped anyway.

I have make up stash also that I must move on to and start my Pan Project on them soon. I just can't find time yet. Even during Ramadan. And so it slows me down in actually finishing off whatever I have. Others who are doing this Pan Project have goals and rules. Me on the other hand not really I just want them all to be gone and only then I'll decide what products that badly need that I have to purchase even if I'm broke.
Back in 2014 I tried Japan's Baby Foot Mask and I loved the result. I just did not repurchase because of the price. But I would totally recommend it if you are willing to spend that much for one pack. And so came 2015 during my hoarding moments in Daiso when I have seen this Daiso Foot Mask. With the Japan's Baby Foot Mask on mind I went ahead and bought a few Daiso Foot Mask as well as Daiso Hand Mask. Price back then was only 7AED but now it became 9AED.

I still prefer Japan's Baby Foot Mask anytime as this will really make your feet soft. As it peels away old skin for days. But as of Daiso Foot Mask there's no such thing. Ever used Face Mask? Face Mask have Essence. And the very same Essence is available in Daiso Foot Mask. So in terms of softness it does not really make a difference. That in the end using any moisturizer is still the best for our feet. I'll use the remaining pieces I have just for the sake of finishing them but not because I'm hoping it will get better.
Back photo of the product where the Instructions and Ingredients are stated. For those who care enough to read them. This is the best I can take photo of. For those who can't see it anymore then it is just a like a sock. And you have to wear it for at least 20 minutes. There's nothing much to it except I really feel like my feet are bathed in Essence. Its fun pampering yourself but then if its not really useful its not fun in your pocket.

This is Made in Korea.
Well Ingredients might sound impressive. But I don't look into it as I'm more concern in the results. Which was not impressive at all. I think I made that already obvious in my introduction.
WORK. Please don't judge me I know its not right sharing about it via Internet but then it is some sort of Blind Item since I'm not naming the company I work for. And my face and name are not even plastered on my blog. But then what I want to share about work has something to do with my current emotions and expenses. Company has been sacking people. And I don't know until when it will be. There are 2 kinds of people that has been sacked. And will be sacked in case this continues until end of this year. Those who are not performing well and those who are in the company for so long now. Well I belong to the latter. I had been here for a decade now. What they have done in another department was removed those who are over 30 years in the company. When they had to remove more then those who have been in the company for 20 years. And next was? Well then who has been in the company for a decade now.

And so more than ever I really had to be careful in how I spend my money. But then I started this Pan Project long before they started terminating people from the company. And for the longest time I had been planning a No Buy Ban. And now I really had to. And for the mean time I just need to just focus on my upcoming vacation and hope for the best. With my vacation and with my work when I come back.  And that's all for today. Thank you for visiting my page. But my next post might be another Empty Bottle Post again. As I'm going through at least 100 products more.
