Elf Cosmetics is a US brand, made in PRC. I haven't seen any physical stores in UAE. But various online websites offer this brand. As well as some IG sellers. Usually prices will not exceed 50.00 AED. This is my first ever ELF products. Purchased them on impulse. I don't need them but them I saw them on sale on one of the IG sellers I follow. Will share feedback once I use them. Ciao!
